The Setting
The objective of the Locanda Sant’Agostino is to create a home away from home for its guests in a comfortable and homely setting.
The Locanda, situated on the first floor, is reached from the original courtyard of the old palace; once in the common area, our guests can take advantage of the coffee machine, tea and herbal tea available, find the quiet reading corner, the small music library, or the list of wines and liqueurs selected with special care, in addition to water and fresh drinks.
With the arrival of the summer season, our breakfasts are served on our cosy internal patio surrounded by greenery, where you can relax with a good book or listen to music while sipping a glass of wine from the hills of Lucca, or Chianti from the nearby heart of Tuscany.
We are at the complete disposal of our guests who require bookings to be made for visits to museums, advice on which restaurants to visit to taste the traditional cuisine of Lucca, information about shopping, train timetables or transfers, visits to nearby places of interest, or any other advice that could make a business or pleasure stay as complete as possible.
